Missing in Southeast Asia
Recorded by
Service and Country of Loss

The following chart shows the Americans who remain missing in Southeast Asia divided by military servicecountry of loss, and status of investigation into loss incident.  This data is taken from the Defense POW-Missing Personnel website.   Go to the site, look under the Vietnam War databases,  and click on the statistical reports link.

(NoteWhen you get to the DPMO Statiscal Reports page, you will see a chart with years across the top and months down the side and numbers in the cells of the chart.  The numbers indicate the DATE of the report.  By listing the reports in this manner, DPMO makes it possible for a researcher to view previous reports and compare statistics.  Study the chart for a minute and you will see how to use it.)
